Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing miiso.dev or any service operating under the *.miiso.dev domain, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this site or any of its services.

These terms apply to all products and digital assets offered by Kevin Miiso Novo through miiso.dev, including SaaS products, SaaS business bundles, Framer templates, and Fortnite map bundles.

2. Products and Services

All products sold through miiso.dev are original digital assets created solely by Kevin Miiso Novo. The following product categories are offered:

2.1 SaaS Products

Hosted software applications accessible via active subscription at [product].miiso.dev. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis through Polar. Access is granted only while a subscription is active and in good standing.

2.2 SaaS Business Bundles

One-time purchase packages comprising the components of a buildable software business: product documentation, design artworks, and a code repository. A bundle purchase grants a personal licence to build and operate your own instance of the product. Bundles may not be resold, sublicensed, or redistributed in whole or in part.

2.3 Framer Templates

One-time purchase of original design templates for use in Framer. A template purchase grants a single-seat, non-exclusive licence for use in one end project — personal or commercial. Template files may not be redistributed, resold, shared, or used to create derivative templates for distribution.

2.4 Fortnite Map Bundles

One-time purchase of original Fortnite Creative game experiences. All underlying game logic, world design, and assets remain the intellectual property of Kevin Miiso Novo. Use of purchased maps is subject to Epic Games' terms of service in addition to these terms. Maps may not be decompiled, redistributed, or published under a different identity without written permission.

3. Your Account

A single miiso.dev account grants access to all products and services operating under *.miiso.dev. Your session is recognised automatically across all miiso.dev products once you are signed in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

All purchases, active subscriptions, and product access are managed from your miiso.dev account dashboard. You may not transfer your account or share access with others.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, artworks, documentation, and game assets on miiso.dev and its subdomains are original works owned by Kevin Miiso Novo and protected under applicable intellectual property laws, including the Copyright Act 98 of 1978 (South Africa).

A purchase or subscription does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product as described in the applicable section above.

Unauthorised reproduction, redistribution, reverse engineering, or resale of any product or asset is a breach of these terms and may constitute copyright infringement.

5. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

All payments are processed by Polar. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

5.1 Subscriptions (SaaS Products)

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — access continues until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

5.2 One-Time Purchases (Bundles and Templates)

All sales of digital products — SaaS bundles and Framer templates — are final once access or download is granted. No refunds are offered except where a product is materially defective or not as described, in which case a replacement or refund will be issued at our discretion.

6. User Responsibilities

When using any miiso.dev service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account or making purchases
  • Use products only within the scope of the licence granted
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any product
  • Not resell, sublicence, or redistribute any product or asset without written permission
  • Not use any service for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable law
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, account, or infrastructure

7. Third-Party Services

Our services integrate with the following third-party platforms:

  • Vercel — hosting and edge delivery
  • Supabase — database and backend infrastructure
  • BetterAuth — session management across all miiso.dev products
  • Polar — payment processing and subscription billing
  • Google Analytics — usage analytics
  • Framer — design platform for which templates are sold; your use of purchased templates within the platform is subject to their terms of service
  • Epic Games / Fortnite — Fortnite Creative game development platform
  • Resend — transactional email delivery for account verification, password reset, and system notifications
  • Loops.so — transactional and marketing email delivery

Your use of these platforms is also subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for their practices or terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kevin Miiso Novo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use any product or service.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

Kevin Miiso Novo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to any service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your licences to use any product are revoked. Provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

10. Modifications to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page with an updated date. Continued use of any service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
