1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using miiso.dev and its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this site or our services.

These Terms of Service apply to all services provided by Kevin Miiso Novo, including but not limited to web development, game development, SaaS products, and consulting services.

2. Services Offered

We offer the following services:

  • Web Development (custom sites, Framer templates)
  • Game Development (Fortnite maps and experiences)
  • SaaS Products (myClerkBook and other applications)
  • Consulting and Custom Projects

All services are provided on an “as-is” basis unless otherwise specified in a separate service agreement.

3. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
  • Not engage in any unlawful or prohibited activities
  • Respect intellectual property rights of others
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or services

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, designs, code, and materials on miiso.dev are owned by or licensed to Kevin Miiso Novo and protected by intellectual property laws.

Framer templates, Figma designs, and code sold through miiso.dev are licensed for the purchased use case. Commercial resale or redistribution without permission is prohibited.

Custom projects retain the intellectual property rights as agreed upon in the service agreement between you and Kevin Miiso Novo.

5. Payment and Refunds

For digital products (templates, designs, code), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on digital purchases unless there is a defect in the product.

For custom project services, payment terms and refund policies will be outlined in the service agreement. A deposit may be required to initiate work.

All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified. Applicable taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kevin Miiso Novo and miiso.dev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question.

7. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms including but not limited to:

  • Framer (website templates and hosting)
  • Vercel (SaaS application hosting)
  • Supabase (database and authentication)
  • Epic Games / Fortnite (game development platform)
  • Loops.so (email marketing)
  • Other platforms and services as needed

We are not responsible for the terms, policies, or services of third-party platforms. Your use of these services is subject to their terms of service.

8. Termination

Kevin Miiso Novo reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to services at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease, though certain provisions of these terms will survive termination.

9. Modifications to Terms

Kevin Miiso Novo reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in South Africa.
